What makes LodgeWorks unique?

It starts from our Chairman all the way down. There is no hierarchy or “my company, my hotel” mentality.  It is truly “our” business and “our” company.  We share both our successes and challenges equally.

In your life, who inspires you the most?

Without a doubt it would be my father.  For the majority of my life he was a single dad and a commission-based salesman.  I am not sure which job was harder - but he taught me that if you work hard, work honest and do not avoid conflict you will be a success.
