Rivermark Plaza (Retail) – A $60 million, open-air, community retail center built as a signature component to the Rivermark master planned community in Santa Clara, California.

The 138,000-square-foot grocery anchored retail center is the product of three development firms, with Shea Properties acting as lead developer. Lennar Partners and Centex Commercial were partners in the development. Rivermark Plaza was designed to serve the needs of both the new Rivermark neighborhoods and existing communities in the surrounding area. The hotel project was a key component of this high profile project.

Retail options at the center offer a blend of necessity shopping, restaurants, fast food, fine dining services and boutique shops. Special attention was paid to creating public space including meeting spaces and landscaping.
