The Skyline Terrace One (1) Night Stay at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) described herein begin at 12:00:01pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59am ET on June 13, 2025, the Sweepstakes Period (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Entrants are expected to provide an email address and mobile telephone number. Entrants with no email address must provide a mobile telephone number for which Entrants can receive SMS (“Short Messaging Service”) communications. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

 There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

i. ONLINE SIGN-UP: Entrants must visit /giveaway and “Complete and Submit” the online entry form within the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants must follow the instructions therein, including log-in instructions, to “Complete and Submit” the online entry form in its entirety to include: Entrant’s full name, title, and e-mail address.

ii. MAIL-IN WRITTEN ENTRY: Entrants must mail a “written entry” to LodgeWorks Partners with proper postage, post marked and received by LodgeWorks Partners at the below mail-in address, within the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants “written entry” can be on a note card, postcard or in an envelope on paper like stationery that provides the following Entrant information (“Entry Fields”) whether in hand-written form or typed: Entrant’s full and legible name, mailing address, title, telephone number, and e-mail address. The “written entry” both with proper postage and post marked within the Sweepstakes Period should be mailed to:

All mail-in entries must be addressed, postmarked by and received in the Sweepstakes Period at the above mail-in address. There is a limit of one (1) entry per envelope/postcard/card/stationery. Each envelope/postcard/card/stationery is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Mail-in entries must contain all Entry Fields indicated above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

One (1) winning Entrant (“Winner”) will be randomly selected by drawing after the close of the Sweepstakes Period by or under the supervision of Archer® Hotel. The Winner will be notified by email by June 18, 2025 (“Winner Notification”). By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of LodgeWorks Partners, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes Giveaway prize is: aOne (1) night stay at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown Hotel. The Promo Card must be redeemed within one (1) year of receipt.

The Winner must provide notice to LodgeWorks Partners of the winner’s acceptance of the Sweepstakes Giveaway (“Acceptance”) and a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Release”) within fourteen (14) days of the Winner’s Notification that verifies the winner’s Entry Fields and releases LodgeWorks Partners from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with use, acceptance or possession of the Sweepstakes Giveaway prize or the Sweepstakes. The Winner’s Notification will include instructions for the Winner to follow to provide the Acceptance by email, SMS or both email and SMS. The Winner’s Notification will include instructions for the Winner to follow to provide the signed Release. If the Sweepstakes Giveaway prize is not accepted within the 14-day Acceptance period, the Winner loses his/her right to the Sweepstakes Giveaway prize and LodgeWorks Partners, at its sole and exclusive discretion, can award the Sweepstakes Giveaway prize to another Entrant chosen randomly in the same way as the original Winner. If the Winning Notification is returned as undeliverable, the Winner loses his/her right to the Sweepstakes Giveaway prize and LodgeWorks Partners, at its sole and exclusive discretion, can award the Sweepstakes Giveaway prize to another Entrant chosen randomly in the same way as the original Winner. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Giveaway per person/household. The Sweepstakes Giveaway, including any part or portion thereof, is not transferable and there are no substitutions or cash redemptions for the Sweepstakes Giveaway prize except at LodgeWorks Partners’ sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. LodgeWorks Partners will not replace any lost or stolen prize. All of LodgeWorks Partners promo card terms and conditions apply to the use of any prize and are incorporated herein by reference.

Entrants acknowledge and agrees that LodgeWorks Partners shall have no liability, and Entrants shall indemnify, release, discharge, defend, hold harmless and have no recourse whatsoever against LodgeWorks Partners, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and any other person authorized by LodgeWorks Partners to act on its behalf, for any loss, liability, damages, demands, cost, judgment, aware, expense, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, which may at any time be suffered or incurred by Entrants by reason of or in consequence of any Sweepstakes Giveaway prize, the use of any Sweepstakes Giveaway prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants, including the prize winners, acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of LodgeWorks Partners, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. LodgeWorks Partners reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstake any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants, including prize winners, release and hold harmless LodgeWorks Partners from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any drawn prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes materials and Information are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials or Information submitted to LodgeWorks Partners.

Entrants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agree to LodgeWorks Partners collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown privacy policy.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. LodgeWorks Partners reserves the right to cancel this Sweepstakes at any time due to printing or other error. Each Entrant by entering this Sweepstakes agrees to be bound by these rules.
